It’s a wall-of-sound in miniature, which manages to be at once comforting and disturbed. Heavy guitars balanced against subtly soaring vocal harmonies, underpinned by off-kilter (no pun intended) drums. If they’re not careful, people will start comparing them to Mogwai. And then where will we be?
